WHAT TO EXPECT

Whatever your background, from the moment you pull in the parking lot, we want you to feel at home. You’ll find a place where you and your family can explore faith and learn about God in a real and relevant way.
We want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your first visit on Sunday, so we’ve attempted to answer a few common questions. Here’s what you can expect on Sundays.

When Should I Arrive?
 How Long Does It Last?

Our Sunday gathering begins at 10:30 am. You can be as anonymous as you would like to be, but we invite you to arrive a few minutes early for a donut and a cup of coffee to meet some of our members. Our worship gathering lasts around an hour.

Where Should I Go?

Our Sunday Gatherings are held at 5705 W. Louisiana Ave., Lakewood, CO 80232 (directions in contact us). Our main entrance faces Eaton St.

What Should I Wear?

Our Sunday Gatherings are casual. We’re a church for people from all walks of life. Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you.

What About My Kids?

Get to know more about our family environment

We have environments created just for kids from newborn through 5th grade. They can stay with you but we think they will love what we have planned for them.
You will find our Cloverdale Kid’s check-in area as you enter the lobby of the Church. Our secure check-in system makes sure that only you can pick up your child after each morning gathering.
Preschool-Elementary age children worship with their parents and then are dismissed during the teaching time to go to downstairs to a fun environment created just for them. You can pick them up from the kids area downstairs immediately following the service.
Please ask any of our Cloverdale Kid’s volunteers any questions/concerns you might have on Sunday.
We have a comfortable nursery for birth through toddlers. There is a large window and speaker in the nursery so you won't have to miss a thing. We want you to enjoy the service as you care for your child.

What Happens On A Sunday?

Get to know more about scripture

After an opening song or two and announcements, our worship team will lead us in singing 2-3 songs. During this time, we may also have a short video, readings, or prayer. The kids are released after this, as our pastor, Mike, begins his sermon.
Mike's sermons last around 35 minutes. Mike loves to share passages from scripture in plain language, looking at the history, context, and connecting themes, all while helping relate the teaching to our modern lives. Our service closes with a prayer and a final song.
